Ensuring the correct assembly sequence

Our module [joborder] communicates with your ERP system.
This ensures that the orders from the ERP system are displayed at the correct workstation and in the correct sequence.

The module assigns the respective work steps to the correct stations if several workstations are required for one job. If the last step has been completed, the [joborder] module indicates the next station. The correct assembly sequence is thus ensured, just in time.

In the event of disruptions in the process, e.g. due to a lack of material or defective tools, the module parks orders and serial numbers. Tasks placed on hold can be resumed at any time at the last step performed.
