Quick and skillful riveting with a rivet gun
A rivet gun is one of the portable machines typically powered by batteries or compressed air for mobile applications for fast and professional riveting. The rivet forms a cylindrical connecting element, which is replaced by the use of batteries. It forms a cylindrical connecting element which, through plastic deformation, results in a permanent, non-detachable connection.
In cold riveting, the connection between the two parts is made by positive locking. Only in hot riveting (which is not the case with rivet guns) does the shrinkage of the rivet result in a friction joint. This can also be integrated into our system and thus also controlled.
