Process interlock

Mistakes happen during manual assembly, such as reaching into the wrong compartment, misunderstanding the assembly instructions, carelessness during assembly or carelessness in choosing the right screwdriver. In the automated interlocking of the assembly process, test sequences are defined in advance for all assemblies, which are queried and checked in the process. An incorrectly assembled part can thus be sorted out or reworked. Only then can the assembly process continue. This ensures process reliability and zero-defect production.
