Automatic parameterization of the screwdriver
The module enables, by means of the screw function, the connection of EC screwdriver controllers via a defined protocol via Ethernet or I/Os. Thus, the connected screwdriver is automatically parameterized for the currently required screwdriving case.
The corresponding screw markings are visually displayed to the specialist in the work instructions. Feedback process data from the nutrunner is automatically stored, thus enabling 100% documentation of all nutrunner operations. Only the OK. message from the screwdriver results in the automatic forwarding of the work instruction, which enables strict process control.
