The module [escalation] is a functional extension of the module [operator]. An escalation mode is included in case the assembly is affected. This mode allows the employee to report any assembly errors or other faults in the assembly process simply and clearly at the touch of a button, in order to keep the process as trouble-free and uncomplicated as possible.

For example:

• acute / non-acute
• Material missing / defective selection

Follow-up actions that are executed once the need is confirmed in the escalation menu, such as sending an automated email, running a special print job, grinding out a specific part o parking the job, can be configured in the [admin] module.
